Mission:
To promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, service, and leadership among Chalker High School students.
Students currently in grades 9-12 with a 3.0 grade point average or above, may choose to join the Chalker High School Beta Club. Eighth graders with a 3.5 grade point average will be invited to join the club as an upcoming Freshman. Invitations are sent out in the Spring to students who fulfill the requirements of Beta. Students who join Beta Club are expected to fulfill a minimum of 10 community service hours to be considered an active member of the club as well as maintain a 3.0 GPA and be of good moral standing. Those students wishing to attend the State Beta Convention in Columbus must complete a minimum of 20 service hours. These hours must be achieved through school sponsored events.

WHAT IS BETA CLUB?
The National Beta Club High School Division is an organization for 9th through 12th grade students in the United States. Its purpose is "to promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, leadership and service among elementary and secondary school students."
