Middle School is a transitional time for your child and a time to develop good study habits and responsibility. Moving away from the more self-contained elementary setting to changing classes can be stressful. Using the planner to write down assignments will help your child remember what homework he or she has for which teacher. Please review assignments daily and sign the planner stating that you are aware of what is due. Helping your child develop good study and organizational skills during this time will set a solid foundation for high school.
