Frequently Asked Questions

What if I forget my password?
Click on "Can't access your account?" on the login screen Parent Access program will email you information about your password and username. Southington Schools does not change passwords.

If I have more than one student in Southington Local Schools, can I check on all of them through Parent Access?
Yes. The same username and password will allow you to check on all of your children provided you have linked each of your children with their Registration Keys. (How to Link Children in Parent Access) You should have received a Registration Key for each child. If you did not receive a letter and Registration Key for one of your children, please contact Eileen Ruschak ([email protected])

How much does Parent Access cost?
This new program is a part of the overall service provided by the North East Ohio Management Information Network (NEOMIN) provided to county schools. Currently, there is no additional cost for parents or for the school district to utilize the Parent Access system.

Are all teachers in all grades using Parent Access?
All teachers in grades 1 – 12 are using PAM.

Will my username and password ever change?
Our current plans call for you to create a one-time username. That username will remain the same the entire time you have children at Southington Schools.
