Technical Support
All questions regarding technical support should be emailed to the Southington Local Schools Technology Coordinator, Renee Karr at
[email protected]
When emailing, type PA or Parent Access in the subject line and give a phone number and time when you best can be reached just in case it’s needed. Most responses will be by email.
Typical technical support questions pertain to setting up an account in Parent Access, or how to find your way around the program. Technical support does not include questions pertaining to assignments and grades. Those questions should be asked to the building principals. See “Grade Questions” on the left (links).
