Shhhh......After lunch, we do have a State required one hour rest time. You will be asked to provide your child with a "nap mat" that they will keep in their cubby and will be sent home regularly to be laundered. During this time, your child will be expected to rest their body on their mat while calming music is being played.
Since our days are full of learning and fun activities, having this time for them to rest before the end of the day is very beneficial.
